  • We support women across every stage of motherhood—from trying to conceive, to pregnancy, to life after birth. We often help with anxiety, depression, birth trauma, identity shifts, relationship challenges, and more.

    Therapy is your space to process whatever’s on your mind. You set the pace, and your therapist walks with you.

  • You’re in good company—many of our clients are brand new to therapy. We make it simple, welcoming, and easy to start. You don’t have to prepare anything or say the “right” thing. Just come as you are, and we’ll guide you gently from there.

  • Each session lasts about 50 minutes and is held virtually through a secure video call. You’ll meet one-on-one with a licensed therapist trained in maternal mental health. You’ll talk, reflect, and begin to build tools that help you feel more grounded and supported.

  • Yes—all sessions are completely virtual so you can access care from the comfort of home. We offer flexible appointment times, including during naps, lunch breaks, or after bedtime. Your time is valuable—we’re here to work around your real life.

  • Sessions are $150 each with no hidden fees. We are a private-pay practice, which allows us to offer personalized care without the limitations of insurance networks.

    We accept HSA and FSA cards, and we provide superbills that you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients are reimbursed a portion of their care depending on their insurance plan.

  • Absolutely. We offer a free intro call to help you explore whether we’re the right fit. You can ask questions, share what you're navigating, and get matched with a therapist who understands maternal mental health. No pressure—just support.
